Construction Superintendent in Baton Rouge, LA (or other US based JACOBS office) who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet.

Responsibilities- Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site; ensure the right materials, equipment and personnel are available to complete the job.
- Maintain a focus on safety, health, and the well-being of the team and the environment.
- Provide strong people management to help team members discover what drives them, nurture their purpose, and guide them forward.
- Collaborate to keep projects connected with the broader Jacobs team and ensure necessary support for success.
- At least 10 years of construction site experience
- At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
- Experience with stainless steel process piping, equipment installation, testing, and passivation
- Prior experience managing union contractors, including Civil, Structural and Architectural trade contractors
- Data Center experience
- Collaborate in planning, design, construction and commissioning
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
- Ability to create estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, project execution plans, and construction
- Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings with owners and designers
- Constructability reviews
- Lead client and construction meetings
- Multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, IC, CSA)
- Safety leadership (JHA revisions, SPA daily signed-off permits)
- QA construction
- Turnover processes including TOPs, punch lists and walkdowns with contractors and owners

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
