This is a full-time, on-site position for an Entry-level Manager located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Entry-level Manager will oversee daily operational tasks, including coordinating property maintenance, managing tenant relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with team members to enhance resident satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting, preparing budgets, and implementing company policies and procedures.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in basic financial management, reporting, and budgeting
• Knowledge or ability to learn property management regulations, processes, and policies
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
