What We're Looking For:

• A compassionate, proactive leader who models excellence in daily interactions with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
  .
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
  .
• MA or LPN preferred
• Strong knowledge of information systems design and operations
  .
• Ability to work tactfully and professionally with physicians, staff, patients, families, and the public.
• Ability to perform extensive walking and standing as required by the role.
• Commitment to maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and all patient/employee safety standards

Job Purpose / Mission:
Responsible for daily supervision and operations within the assigned clinic area. This role supports departmental and system goals by ensuring performance, financial, and strategic objectives are achieved. Direct supervision responsibilities include staffing, performance evaluations, hiring, corrective actions, and terminations.

• Assist in developing departmental goals and ensuring daily alignment with organizational expectations.
• Recommend opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce operating costs.
• Adjust staffing based on workload fluctuations.

• Provide daily leadership for clinic staff and operations.
• Recommend operational improvements and support staff in achieving performance targets.
• Collaborate with management and staff to analyze operational data and service outcomes.

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Maintain effective communication across departments and with administration.
• Oversee departmental performance improvement initiatives and communication programs.

• Ensure quality standards are met daily and communicate policy changes or expectations to staff.
• Maintain required records, statistics, and reports.
• Analyze and adjust operations to ensure efficient and economical service.

• Ensure staff maintain required control logs and follow job‑specific procedures.

• Reconcile charges, payments, and adjustments against manual logs and daily bank deposits.

• Assist management with budget preparation.
• Complete monthly variance reports and monitor trends needing escalation.
