🍎 Training Supervisor – Warehouse Operations 🌱 Come Grow Your Career With Us!We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Training Supervisor to lead the development of our order selectors and warehouse team members. If you’re passionate about coaching people, building strong teams, and driving performance — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

🥕 What You’ll DoLead and manage our Order Selector Training Program
Develop, update, and improve training materials and processes
Supervise and coach warehouse trainers
Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps
Conduct classroom and hands‑on technical training
Provide one‑on‑one coaching and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with OSHA, SOPs, GMPs, and SQF food safety standards
Partner with leadership to align training with operational KPIs
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Prepare reports for upper management on training effectiveness
You won’t just train employees — you’ll shape the future of our warehouse operations.
High school diploma required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
5+ years warehouse operations experience (selector experience strongly preferred)
Previous training or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of order picking, inventory control, and logistics
Experience with Food Safety Programs
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate, engage, and hold teams accountable
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software
We need someone who leads by example and builds trust through action.
