Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager
Industrial Services | Field Leadership | Safety-Driven Operations

We’re seeking a strong HSE leader to drive safety performance across high-risk industrial operations. This role owns the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs that protect employees, strengthen compliance, and elevate operational performance.

This is a highly visible position for a safety professional who leads from the front, influences culture, and partners directly with operations to build world-class safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead safety programs across industrial sites, ensuring full OSHA and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with operations leadership to drive a proactive, behavior-based safety culture
  • Conduct audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Manage workers’ compensation, liability claims, and incident reporting processes
  • Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, ergonomic assessments, and exposure controls
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs aligned with regulatory and operational needs
  • Maintain OSHA logs, compliance documentation, and safety performance metrics
  • Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and risk management initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through leading indicators and best-in-class safety practices
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, or field services environments
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
  • Proven ability to influence leadership and build a strong safety culture
  • Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, and safety training
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related field preferred
