Industrial Services | Field Leadership | Safety-Driven Operations
We’re seeking a strong HSE leader to drive safety performance across high-risk industrial operations. This role owns the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs that protect employees, strengthen compliance, and elevate operational performance.
This is a highly visible position for a safety professional who leads from the front, influences culture, and partners directly with operations to build world-class safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead safety programs across industrial sites, ensuring full OSHA and regulatory compliance
- Partner with operations leadership to drive a proactive, behavior-based safety culture
- Conduct audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Manage workers’ compensation, liability claims, and incident reporting processes
- Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, ergonomic assessments, and exposure controls
- Develop and deliver safety training programs aligned with regulatory and operational needs
- Maintain OSHA logs, compliance documentation, and safety performance metrics
- Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and risk management initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through leading indicators and best-in-class safety practices
- 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, or field services environments
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
- Proven ability to influence leadership and build a strong safety culture
- Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, and safety training
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related field preferred
