Position Overview:
The Mobile Operations Manager oversees daily operations within the Mobile Division of CORE Occupational Medicine, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care. This leadership role requires strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
* Partner with the Director of Mobile to develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
* Lead and support onsite staff, fostering professionalism, collaboration, and high performance.
* Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth site operations and quality patient care.
* Track and improve KPIs related to scheduling, patient flow, and client satisfaction.
* Ensure ELD compliance: review logs, investigate discrepancies, and stay updated on FMCSA rules and regulations.
* Manage vehicle maintenance using fleet software; coordinate necessary repairs and services.
* Oversee document processing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and safety regulations.
* Coordinate occupational health services, including exams, screenings, and DOT compliance.
* Procure medical supplies and maintain inventory levels.
* Develop staff training programs to support patient care excellence.
* Work with billing teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
* Maintain strong client relationships; address concerns and deliver exceptional service.
* Support budget management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Drive continuous improvement through best practices and innovation.
* Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for the Onsite division.
* Provide performance feedback, evaluations, and corrective action as needed.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
* Strength and Endurance
* Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
* Ability to stand and walk frequently.
* Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
* Balance and Coordination
* Ability to climb to perform job duties within Mobile Units.
* Ability to balance, crouch, crawl, bend, and squat frequently.
* Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, and feel frequently.

Requirements:
* Pre-Employment
* A valid motor vehicle license and clear driving record is required.
* A chauffer's license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment is required.
* A CDL-A or B or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment is preferred.
* A TWIC Card or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment is required.
* A National Phlebotomy License is preferred.
* Education
* Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or related field required
* Experience:
* 3+ years in operations or similar leadership role
* Experience in high-paced environments, compliance, budgeting, and fleet management preferred
