We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment of internal and external customer needs. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and equipment in a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support operational efficiency
• Interview and recommend candidates for warehouse associate positions
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide feedback and discipline when necessary
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain proper equipment and racking systems to support safe and efficient storage
• Perform additional assigned and scheduled warehouse tasks

• 3-5+ years of warehouse experience
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs require

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally more than 100 pounds is required.
