Tower Loan in Baton Rouge is launching a Manager Development Program designed to cultivate future leaders. Manager Trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and incentives over 10–12 months.
Relocation is expected upon promotion into management. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with potential Saturday hours.
