What You’ll DoAs a District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the overall success and growth of your region. With a passion for leadership and a commitment to excellence, you'll inspire and guide General Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed financial goals, and create a positive, high-performance culture. Your strategic vision and dedication will help uphold and elevate Palm Beach Tan's renowned standards across every location.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and performance across 5 salon locations
- Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and salon staff
- Ensure sales targets, membership growth, and EBITDA goals are consistently met or exceeded
- Conduct regular store visits and performance audits to maintain brand standards
- Implement and monitor action plans to improve underperforming locations
- Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in retail, fitness, or personal services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Willingness to travel within assigned region, including overnight stays
- $65, total compensation (base salary + performance-based bonus)
