Assembly Technician - Instrumentation & Electrical (Manufacturing)

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our shop team in Baton Rouge, LA.

• Assemble temperature sensors, automated valve packages, and other products with precision and efficiency
• Follow SOPs and meet quality standards to ensure product reliability
• Collaborate with the Operations team to meet daily production goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product assembly
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, showcasing your sense of urgency
• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience with electrical assembly and wiring
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
• Familiarity with machining equipment, such as lathes or mills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of measurement tools, such as calipers, for precise assembly
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot assembly issues
