Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Packaging Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Baton Rouge that offers growth potential! The Packaging Technicians fulfill orders on Packaging/Processing equipment in a safe, quality, and productive manner. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in operation and troubleshooting of packaging machinery, preferably from food manufacturing.

• Technical:
  Complete working knowledge of operating equipment at a high level
• Teamwork:
  Actively working with team to realize team goals
• Advanced:
  Show leadership, advanced technical skills, learn multiple packaging lines

• High School education
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Simple math skills. Able to pass aptitude test
• Able to effectively communicate with team and Supervisor
• Able to work flexible schedule of days, nights, and weekends
• Has desire to help others and looks for opportunities to help others
• Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
• Excellent attendance record
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented

• Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards.
