Overview
Our Graphics department in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is looking for a Production Support Technician to help bring innovative advertising campaigns to life in Baton Rouge, LA, and beyond. This position supports the silk screen printing process by producing films, mixing colors, and registering screens.

- A Monday-Thursday 6a-4p work schedule with occasional extended overtime on Fridays
- An hourly range of $16.50 - $17.00 / hour dependent on relevant experience and qualifications

Responsibilities- Pulling print schedules, printing or pulling films, sheeting blanks, washing and coating screens, burning films, and stretching screens
- Conduct quality checks, touch up and repairs, labeling, boxing and shipping
- Ensuring all safety and housekeeping rules are adhered to
- Assist in maintaining shop machinery and equipment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Forklift and Manlift Certification preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment- The primary work environment is a shop. The shop is climate controlled but may be required to work outside and in other areas during periods of extreme temperatures.
- The physical demands include moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds), pushing, reaching, seeing (with a focus in reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50% of the time, standing, stooping, talking, turning, walking, and climbing.
- Nights spent traveling for this position are less than 10%.
