Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in pre-stressed concrete production and in a supervisory role.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production crews engaged in forming, reinforcing, pouring, tensioning,
- Experience working with the following pre-stressed concrete products (beams, columns, panels, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, curing, and pre-stressing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and tensioning charts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production tracking or reporting systems preferred.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Maintain records for production output, defects, and downtime.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with management.
- Ordering supplies and materials, managing inventory of raw materials and consumables.
- Perform take-offs on job plans for ordering materials and production per project
- Must be ok with a drug screen, alcohol, and physical tests.
- Monday to Friday from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
