Seal Repair Technician

* Perform mechanical seal repair, assembly, and service activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards

* Interpret assembly drawings and customer specifications to accurately repair and rebuild mechanical seals

* Inspect seal components using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality requirements

* Complete repair documentation including inspection reports, observation reports, and work orders

* Support shipping and receiving activities, including material handling and inventory staging

* Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to repairs and service activities

* Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of tools and equipment

* Provide after-hours support as needed to meet customer requirements and service demands

Qualificationsarrow_right

* Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical or mechanical field

* Minimum of 2 years of service center, repair, or related hands-on mechanical experience

* Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in precision assembly and machining processes

* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications

* Proficiency in using measuring tools and inspection equipment

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Effective communication skills with a team-oriented mindset and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
