Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is currently looking to hire Production Assistants in the Greater Baton Rouge area. This company works 10-12 hour shifts and has the possibility of overtime.
$13/hour for regular hours - anything over 40 hours = overtime at $19/hour
* Overtime hours may vary depending on the Company*
Shift time may vary depending on production
JOB DUTIES:
- Packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Monitor the production process and machines to ensure everything is operating properly.
- Taking products off the line at the end of production.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Ensure defective products are removed before packaging
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
