PALA Interstate, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an experienced welder to lay out, fit and weld metal components for pipelines, boilers, tanks, structural steel and vehicles. You will read blueprints and job specifications, perform basic math to make calculations, plan work, preheat pieces and weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.
You must pass required welding tests (SMAW, GTAW or Flux Core) and have four years' welding experience;
High School Diploma or GED preferred;
