Rally Cap Brewing Company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a skilled Brewer to join our production team. You will operate our 15 BBL brewhouse and 1 BBL pilot system, manage the full brewing cycle, and help maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include milling to wort production, fermentation tracking, packaging, and upholding SOPs while collaborating with a small, passionate team to deliver great beer and guest experiences.
