Marketing Manager

Bearing Point Properties and Property Management is looking for a creative, organized, self driven Marketing Manager to work onsite full-time supporting our growing development and property management company. This role creates and manages all marketing efforts including creating and managing marketing campaigns, digital advertising, social media, and website updates. Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of website, social media, Microsoft, Google, digital analytics.

We take pride in our properties, and this position will help showcase our communities, and maintain our reputation for quality and design.

Responsibilities of this Position Include:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Bearing Point Properties’ communities and brand.
• Strategically allocate marketing budget.
• Capture and edit property photos for web, print, and social media use.
• Coordinate third party photographers and creative vendors.
• Manage Google Ads and monitor performance through Google and other Analytics.
• Maintain and update website content, listings, and images.
• Create and post engaging content across social media platforms.
• Source promotional materials, signage, and marketing supplies.
• Track marketing performance and prepare simple reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to organize and prioritize projects/tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate or property management a plus).
• Skilled in Google Ads, Analytics, social media management, and basic photo editing.
• Experience with website editing tools such as Word Press preferred.
• Creative eye and attention to detail.
