Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
The Marketing & Promotions Assistant will work closely with senior marketing professionals to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Support the development of promotional materials and marketing assets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events and brand activations
- Maintain organized records of campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general marketing tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
