• Chemotherapy Certification Course required within first year

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to oncology patients as part of a dynamic and progressive team. Coordinate and implement nursing care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a complex clinical setting.
• Deliver holistic patient care and ensure safe administration of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient education
• Support patients and families through challenging diagnoses and treatment decisions
• Uphold patient safety, rights, and dignity throughout all care activities
• Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Participate in professional development and mentorship within the Oncology unit
• Maintain compliance with department protocols and evolving standards in oncology nursing
