As a Full-Time Registered Nurse at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA, you will play a pivotal role in patient care. You will assess new patients within eight hours of admission, providing individualized nursing care as ordered by the physician. Your responsibilities will include managing medication administration, monitoring, and storage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of individualized treatment plans and will be responsible for dictating and writing progress notes for both one-on-one and group sessions, adhering to established policies and procedures.
