SCOPE: Coordinate patient care requests, which occur by phone for all physicians and serves as a resource to staff. Review all incoming faxes to the office. Answer pharmacy calls and all medication refill requests. Coordinate physician orders (i.e., home health, hospice, hospital, etc). Handle all emergency calls, which come in on the emergency line. Serve as liaison between physician and other facilities and a liaison between physician and patient.

• Registered Nursing degree
• Phone triage experience required
• Oncology experience preferred
• Registered Nurse
• OCN Certified
• CPR Certified
