As a Part-Time Admission Coordinator in the Intake Department at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you will be responsible for conducting intakes and completing inquiry forms to ensure a smooth admission process. Your role will involve reviewing admission packets for compliance with criteria and maintaining accurate intake logs. You will also collect vital data for the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.

Communication is key, as you will liaise with physicians and the Director of Nursing regarding potential admissions.

Additionally, you will initiate demographic information on face sheets, manage episodes of care, and gather insurance details for new admits while assembling patient charts. Completing insurance verifications for patients accepted by the physician is essential, ensuring that all administrative procedures align with our commitment to excellence and safety in patient care.
