United Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN, you will provide top-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure the well-being of patients in various medical settings.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary
- Active RN license i
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some positions)
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
