- Zachary is offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for a Full Time Charge Nurse/Clinical Supervisor, (RN) with ICU, 2 years LTAC or Step-down experience for Night Shifts.

• Supervise patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs.
• Communicate with Physicians, CCO, and staff as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
• Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Foster a positive milieu in the hospital and keep CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
• Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse Licensure unencumbered.
• Acute care, med‑surg, critical care or ICU experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Detailed computer knowledge.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
