- Zachary is offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for a Full Time Charge Nurse/Clinical Supervisor, (RN) with ICU, 2 years LTAC or Step-down experience for Night Shifts.
- Supervise patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs.
- Communicate with Physicians, CCO, and staff as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Foster a positive milieu in the hospital and keep CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
- Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.

Job Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse Licensure unencumbered.
- Acute care, med‑surg, critical care or ICU experience is preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Detailed computer knowledge.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
