Job Description

The Employee Health, Infection Control Quality RN is a pivotal Quality Services role charged with safeguarding the health of our workforce, minimizing healthcare-associated infections, and elevating staff competency through targeted education. The role supports accreditation excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered cancer care.

Travel: 30% to sites across Louisiana and Mississippi.

Strategic employee health management, infection control and surveillance, education and competency development, policy and procedure oversight, cross‑functional collaboration, continuous improvement and data analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
  Master’s preferred.
• RN license (State of Louisiana or Compact) and certification in Infection Control (CIC) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in infection control and employee health.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CDC, OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS).
• Certified BLS Instructor preferred; must attain certification within 90 days.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Time management skills to address the priority of open issues.
