* for a Full Time Charge Nurse/Clinical Supervisor, (RN) with ICU, 2 years LTAC or Step-down experience for Night Shifts!

The Charge Nurse supervises the patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs. Communicate with Physicians/CCO/staff, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Responsible for fostering a positive milieu in the hospital. KeepsCCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place facility videsdirect patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.

*$15,000-Sign-OnBonus is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse Licensure unencumbered.
• Acute care, med-surg, critical care or ICU experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Detailed computer knowledge.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
