Job Summary
This position provides direct care, including IV therapy, of assigned patients under the Licensed Practical Nurse Act with the direction of a Registered Nurse. The LPN directs and assists ancillary nursing staff, interacts with the multidisciplinary team, and demonstrates professional responsibility in delivering personalized patient care.

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Experience working with and maintaining confidential information in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Required
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred - IV therapy credentials.

- Other related duties as required.
The position involves heavy work: occasionally lifting 50 to 100 pounds, frequently lifting 25 to 50 pounds, or constantly lifting 10 to 20 pounds, and other physical demands exceeding those of sedentary work. Duties also routinely require exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and potential communicable diseases, as well as hazardous medications or waste within a healthcare setting.
