We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor & Delivery to provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing and monitoring pregnant women and fetal well-being, performing tests, and educating patients about childbirth processes.
- Supporting labor through monitoring contractions, administering medications, and offering emotional support.
- Assisting with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including neonatal resuscitation and immediate newborn assessments.
- Providing postpartum care, supporting breastfeeding, and educating on recovery and newborn care.
- Documenting all care activities accurately and collaborating with healthcare team members for individualized patient care.
- Ensuring infection control, responding to emergencies, and managing high‑risk situations.
- Advocating for patients and educating families about labor options and postpartum recovery.
- Current BLS certification.
- Competency in L&D procedures.
- Relevant experience in labor and delivery.
