Job Title & Compensation
RN‑Registered Nurse // ED – Emergency Department
Stipend: $1,246 weekly
Pay: $17–$18/hour; $612–$648 weekly base pay
Night Shift 12 hours/day (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), 3 days/week

To perform successfully, an individual must complete each essential duty satisfactorily. The following list represents required knowledge, skill, and ability.
Education- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
- 2+ years (required)
- Current RN license in state of practice (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (required)
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (required)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (required)
- Certification in clinical specialty area (preferred)
- Proficiency in computers, software, web‑based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication; ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient‑care process
- Good organizational and time‑management skills; self‑directed
- Good judgement
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care
- Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies appropriate for the diverse needs of the patient, family, and other groups or disciplines
- Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources (human and fiscal) properly and serves as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team
- Utilizes data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieve optimal outcomes
- Embraces concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale and improve the profession of nursing
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including respect for privacy, method of introduction, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions, and communication style
- Performs other related duties as required

Physical& Environmental Demands
Heavy work:
Exerting 50‑100 pounds occasionally; 25‑50 pounds frequently; 10‑20 pounds constantly (moving objects). Physical demands are in excess of those for sedentary work. Exposure to blood, body fluid, and tissue. Occupational risk for exposure to all communicable diseases and hazardous medications or waste.
