Required
- Active RN License
- Oncology nursing experience
- Experience with patient triage (phone calls, symptom management)
- Experience responding to patient portal messages (MyChart or similar)
- Strong care coordination and scheduling experience
- Ability to coordinate:
- Labs
- Clinic appointments
- Imaging studies
- Bone marrow biopsies
- Infusions
- Inpatient admissions
- Other procedures as needed
- Experience collaborating with providers and RN Navigators
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting
- Availability for Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
