White Oak Post Acute is looking for an ADON (LPN or RN)

An Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) by managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance (federal/state), and overseeing daily clinical operations. Key duties include auditing care, managing staff schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

• Clinical Supervision:
  Oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance:
  Monitor patient care, conduct rounds, and implement improvement plans.
• Administrative Duties:
  Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating nursing staff.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and state/federal regulations.
• Patient Care:
  Coordinate care plans, review medication passes, and visit residents.

• License:
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) license.
• Experience:
  
  Several years of nursing experience, often with prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in a long-term care setting.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
