M-F 8a-8p – Skill: G‑TV – Age:

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist post‑hire)
• TB skin test performed within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
