Licensed Practical Nurse: Patient Care & Care Coordination

Our Lady of the Lake Health in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support patient care under the supervision of physicians and nurses. The role involves coordinating patient flow, scheduling tests, procedures and referrals, and assisting the clinical team while maintaining patient privacy.

The ideal candidate will have an Accredited LPN program credential, Louisiana licensure or eligibility for work permit, and BLS certification.
