minimum requirements:

• understanding of traditional nde.
• new construction experience highly preferred.
• requires high school diploma or equivalent, technical school or college credits preferred.
• must be proficient with ms word and excel and be able to write detailed inspection reports.
• must have the ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
• capable of climbing, working at high elevations and working in confined spaces.
• must have the ability to walk and climb to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
• must have sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively;
• must have sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employee to conduct investigations.
• must have sufficient manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.

mistras group, inc. Is seeking a qualified api 510/570 inspector for a full-time opportunity in the baton rouge area. This role is ideal for an experienced inspector with a strong background in fixed equipment inspections and integrity management within industrial and petrochemical environments.
