Overview
Hiring Full-Time Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant
Experience in multifamily property management is required to be considered for this position.
PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap. Make as much commission as possible!
SCHEDULE: Weekdays 8-5 with rotating Saturday 8-2, every Sunday off.
WORK LOCATION: 21 South at Parkview Apartments in Baton Rouge.

- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
- 1 year experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years experience in customer service
