The company currently manages about 6,000 bed spaces in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.
- Own and lead all leasing activities for student housing properties, ensuring strong pre-leasing and in-season performance
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and demand forecasting aligned with academic calendars
- Manage, train, and motivate leasing agents to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environment
- Oversee leasing campaigns during peak seasons, including tours, events, and virtual leasing efforts
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and student housing leasing standards
- Analyze leasing metrics (traffic, conversions, renewals, and yield) to optimize performance
- Partner closely with marketing and property management teams to align messaging and resident experience
- Handle escalated resident, guarantor, and parent communications with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate leasing records, reporting, and CRM data
- 3+ years of leasing experience
, with direct experience in student housing strongly preferred - Proven success managing high-volume leasing cycles and pre-leasing strategies
- Experience leading or mentoring leasing teams
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with leasing software, CRMs, and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and student housing compliance
$40,000 - $45,000 a year
The estimated compensation for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 per year plus bonus.
