We’re a fast-paced catering company specializing in off-site events, corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. We’re looking for a reliable Prep Cook to support our kitchen team with high-quality food prep, organization, and clean execution.

• Prep ingredients for large-scale catering production (chopping, portioning, mixing, assembling
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and chef instructions to maintain consistency and quality
• Assist with basic cooking tasks (stocks, sauces, roasting, batch prep) as needed
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly label/date/store food (FIFO)
• Support packing and staging of catering orders (hot/cold items, garnishes, sauces, disposables)
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (Serv Safe certification required)
• Assist with end-of-shift cleanup, dishwashing support, and trash/recycling removal
• Communicate inventory needs and report low-stock items to kitchen leadership

• Prior prep cook or catering experience required
• Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality (early mornings, late nights, weekends may be required)
• Team-focused attitude with attention to detail and cleanliness
