Server – Expotel Hospitality (Watermark B.R.)

Part‑time Restaurant Server position located in beautiful downtown Baton Rouge. The Server reports to the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Service will be performed at either The Gregory, an upscale Southern‑cuisine restaurant, or Milford’s on Third, a New York‑style deli with Southern influences.

• Approach all encounters with guests and staff in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Be attentive, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Be familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges, and room service, and know the function of each position.
• Possess thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in the respective outlets.
• Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
