The Busser is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external guests. A smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge are all pre-requisites of the job. Running and serving food, bussing, assisting the food servers, and managing a clean and organized workstation are the daily responsibilities for this position. Customer service, timeliness, and being a team player are the values that make our runner/bussers and the property successful.
Responsible for performing all duties according to policies, procedures, guidelines, alcohol laws, and Internal Controls.

- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.

- Sets and keeps the restaurants and the surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.
- Serve Guest water and refill guest beverages.
- Assist restaurant servers as needed.
- Ability to uphold great communication with guest, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations.
- Communicates all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management.
- Knows and complies with all rules, regulations and policies of the food and beverage department and state.
- Follows the company’s attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook.
- Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by the departmental leaders
- Must proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources
- Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party
- Ensure customer service standards steps are met and retained
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 year Cocktail Server experience in a fast-paced environment, required
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Hep A vaccination on, or before, first day of work
- Must be able to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
