Assistant Deli Manager

Martin's family-owned and operated since 1946, specializes in wine, spirits, imported and local craft beer, gourmet food and gift baskets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Deli Manager to join our team. If you are self-driven, punctual, and reliable, we want to hear from you!

• Assist the Restaurant Deli Manager in overseeing all aspects of the bistro/deli/catering operations
• Handle inventory control, expediting, running registers, taking orders, food preparation, and cross‑training on all stations
• Participate in employee relations including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of employees

• High school degree
• 1‑2 years of related experience required (food service, restaurant management, kitchen management, retail management); additional years of experience in catering or understanding food preparation and kitchen management preferred
• Responsible Vendor Certification required. Serv Safe certificate and/or state food safety certification preferred and may be required. (

• Strong typing, PC/Windows, reading, writing, and phone skills
• Detail‑oriented and solid organizational skills
• Positive attitude
