This role is designed to build a strong bench of management talent across our restaurants, including Eliza Restaurant & Bar, JED's Local Restaurant, and Josephine's Italian Cuisine.
Who You Are:- Seasoned hospitality professional with multiple years of restaurant management experience

- Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Lead daily front-of-house operations to deliver consistently excellent guest experiences
- Coach, train, and develop service teams with clear standards and expectations
- Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful work environment
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor with an eye toward both quality and efficiency
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and care of the physical space
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with grace and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with culinary leadership and ownership
- Support administrative responsibilities such as ordering, systems, and reporting as needed
- Proven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfort using restaurant systems and technology (POS, reservations, scheduling tools)
- A long-term mindset and pride in building strong teams and strong culture
