Restaurant Hosts

The Davis Hospitality Group is accepting applications for friendly, enthusiastic RESTAURANT HOSTS
. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes:

• Friendly and energetic with strong communication skills
• Must be able to work with restaurant personnel as a unified team to create a positive work environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality and personal composure
• Positive attitude at all times
• Consistent & reliable
• Committed to upholding the standards, quality and culture of Eliza Restaurant

Primary Host duties include:

• Greeting all guests with a smile, seeing them to their table with menus; or adding them to a wait list as needed and seeing them to the waiting areas.
• Utilizing the Open Table platform to take and confirm reservations, assign tables and manage the guest flow of the shift.
• Interacting with guests as needed to ensure their satisfaction
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, accepting takeout orders and answering questions. Must have knowledge of the menu.
• Assisting service staff as needed
• Overall customer service

Pay:

$12-$14/hour
