The Role

As a Lead Line Cook, you support the culinary team by preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards while helping guide other line cooks during busy service periods. You ensure your station runs efficiently, food is prepared correctly, and kitchen operations stay organized.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Prepare menu items to recipe and presentation standards
  • Set up, stock, and maintain your station for service
  • Assist with training and guiding line cooks during shifts
  • Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and timing
  • Support banquet production and special events as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
  • Assist with inventory, prep work, and kitchen organization
  • Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and service teams
