Retail Sales Associate

Overview

Retail Sales Associate at Burlington Stores, Inc. is an important ambassador of the Burlington brand, on the front lines delivering world class service to customers. You will greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day-to-day store operations. You may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Outlook for teamwork and providing friendly, helpful service
• Commitment to treating colleagues and customers with respect

Base Pay: $12.50 per hour

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage including life and disability insurance. Full-time associates may be eligible for up to 12 days of paid time off annually, up to 8 paid holidays, paid sick time in accordance with applicable law, and a 401(k) plan.
