District Manager, Retail

This position oversees a group of retail locations and ensures they consistently deliver strong customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain profitability, and follow operational and merchandising standards. The role is accountable for driving revenue, managing margins and labor, and controlling district-level expenses. It also ensures that company initiatives and programs are properly implemented across all stores. A key focus is hiring capable team members, supporting store leaders in developing their staff, and creating a positive environment centered on customer experience and employee growth.

• Complete all required training within the first 180 days of employment.
• Ensure stores within the district meet or exceed planned sales goals.
• Improve results tied to key service and sales metrics and develop plans for areas needing improvement.
• Maintain effective cost controls to support overall profitability.
• Strengthen customer traffic and loyalty through consistent service standards and training.
• Support store leaders in coaching and developing their teams to ensure operational excellence.

• 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong professional references across leadership levels.
• Willingness to relocate is beneficial but not required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
