Retail Associate

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

We’re hiring Retail Associates to join our in-store team in Baton Rouge. This is a customer-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active during the day, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment. Whether you’re new to retail or have previous experience, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist with product questions, promotions, and basic recommendations
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash and card transactions
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
• Support inventory counts and deliveries
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as scheduled
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate items
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus — but not required
