Visual Merchandiser
We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our showrooms. The chosen candidate will partner with store management and other departments. This role requires reliable transportation for travel within the area of responsibility and may assist other designers when needed. Hours can be flexible, from 30 to 40 per week, depending on location.

- Partner with Regional Visual Merchandiser to develop and maintain merchandise counts and flow for each store in their area of responsibility and establish open, professional communication with store management teams.
- Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom.
- Coordinate furniture and accessory placement in accordance with our standards.
- Organize and implement floor moves.
- Hang artwork and mirrors.
- A minimum of 2 years’ visual merchandising experience, accessory and/or furniture retail preferred.
- Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations within the area of responsibility in accordance with company standard manuals.
- Ability to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement directives with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation within the area of responsibility and/or region.
- Strong sense of work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and solid customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift and move furniture of 50 lbs or more within the store and have excellent mobility (bending, lifting, stooping, climbing, pushing, etc.).
