Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shift Supervisor role located in Prairieville, LA. The Shift Supervisor will lead team members during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include managing daily store activities, delegating tasks effectively, maintaining product quality, assisting in inventory management, enforcing safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting the team in meeting operational goals. This role also involves coaching and developing team members to foster a friendly and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive experiences and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Operational and organizational skills to manage store operations, inventory, and standard compliance successfully.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive improved performance.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or food services supervision is preferred.
  • Commitment to diversity, teamwork, and providing a positive and inclusive environment for all partners.
