We are seeking individuals with relevant qualities to fill the Bedding House Manager role at our Perkins Rd location in Baton Rouge.

This is a full‑time position with competitive pay & benefits. Experience in the green industry (landscaping, retail plant nursery / floral, pursuing education in agriculture / related field), and / or experience in a supervisory role in the retail space is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• This is an almost entirely outdoor working environment year-round
• The role involves heavy lifting and daily physical activity
• Customer service & interpersonal skills are paramount
